SPICY CASHEW DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream*
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp chilli cashew paste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Choice of raw vegetables

Steps and instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, honey, lime juice and chili cashew paste.
  2. Mix well and then serve with raw vegetables.
*Possible variation: replace sour cream with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. This recipe can be used to spice up your sandwiches and even serve as a fondue sauce.
