Where do you ship?

We only ship to Quebec for now, using Canada Post services. Delivery by local service is only available in the Montreal area within a specific area. When purchasing, enter your address to know the validity of this option.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process your order within 3 days* of receiving it. You must then calculate from 3 to 15 days depending on your location in Quebec and the type of delivery you choose. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact us at burirammtl@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Our pre-order products are carefully produced and delivered only when there is enough demand, so you can be sure that your order is fresh and made to order. Once your pre-order is processed and shipped (typically within two to three weeks), we will notify you via email or text message, depending on the option selected.
