How do I return an unopened or damaged item?
It is not possible to return an item. Our facilities do not allow us to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

What happens if an item is damaged in transit?

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can modify your order if you have created an account. Otherwise, you need to contact us, and if your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation of orders is generally not possible once the delivery process has been initiated.
Are you responsible for lost packages?
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages lost by a third-party carrier.
