Return, Refund and Cancellation
How do I return an unopened or damaged item?
It is not possible to return an item. Our facilities do not allow us to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
We do not issue refunds unless an error on our part is involved. Contact us and we will be happy to find a solution to your satisfaction.
What happens if an item is damaged in transit?
Please email us with proof of purchase, photos of your damaged content and we will do everything in our power to find a solution to your satisfaction.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can modify your order when you have created an account. Otherwise, you must contact us and if your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation of orders is generally not possible once the delivery process has been initiated.
Are you responsible for lost packages?
No, we cannot be responsible for packages lost by a third party carrier.
