OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are handcrafted. Their taste and texture may vary depending on the availability of fresh ingredients and their origins.
*Products available for 'pre-order' are not available at all times. They are produced and delivered when there are sufficient orders. You will receive an email or text message notification, depending on the option chosen, when the order is processed and sent. Delivery times vary between two and three weeks.
Our bottled products have a pH and water activity level within scales allowing storage on a shelf at room temperature for 90 days or more. However, we recommend consuming within this time frame. Once opened, these products must be refrigerated in order to maintain their fresh taste for as long as possible.
Our ''ready-to-serve'' products are sold frozen vacuum-packed. They must be refrigerated upon receipt and eaten within 5 days. It is not recommended to put it back in the freezer even if the product still appears frozen.
Notice: once delivered, Buriram disclaims all responsibility for the quality of the product since it no longer controls the method of conservation.
The ingredients used in the making of our products mainly come from abroad for the moment. Buriram, however, adheres to a circular economy approach and is looking for local suppliers and packaging and distribution processes that respect the health of our customers and our planet as much as possible. Our products contain or may contain certain allergens. It is recommended to read the ingredients and notices on the label carefully.
Buriram does not add any MSG-type additives, preservatives or enhancers to its products. However, certain ingredients that may be used in our recipes may contain a small quantity of additives. We carefully select these ingredients from those that contain the least and choose alternatives whenever possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to Quebec using Canada Post services. Delivery by a local service is only available in the Montreal region within a specific area. When purchasing, enter your address to know the validity of this option.
Delivery rates are those in effect for Canada Post services.
We aim to process your order within 3 days* of receiving it. You must then calculate from 3 to 15 days depending on your location in Quebec and the type of delivery you choose. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact us at burirammtl@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION
It is not possible to return an item. Our facilities do not allow us to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
We do not issue refunds unless there is an error on our part. Contact us and we will be happy to find a solution to your satisfaction.
Please email us with proof of purchase, photos of your damaged contents and we will do everything we can to find a solution to your satisfaction.
You can modify your order once you have created an account. Otherwise, you must contact us and if your order has not yet been processed, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Cancellation of orders is generally not possible once the delivery process has started.
No, we cannot be responsible for packages lost by a third party carrier. For any questions relating to the subjects indicated above, write to us at burirammtl@gmail.com with your order number in the subject section. We will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
