Type of Product
Our products are handcrafted, and as such, their taste and texture may vary based on the availability and origins of fresh ingredients.
*Please note that products available for 'pre-order' may not be readily available at all times. They are produced and delivered upon reaching a sufficient number of orders. You will receive an email or text message notification, depending on your chosen preference, once the order is processed and dispatched. Delivery times typically range between two and three weeks.
Shelf life and conservation
Our bottled products have a pH and water activity level within ranges that allow for storage on a shelf at room temperature for 365 days or more. However, we recommend consuming them within this time frame. Once opened, these products should be refrigerated to maintain their freshness for as long as possible.
Our "ready-to-serve" products are sold frozen and vacuum-packed. Upon receipt, they should be promptly refrigerated and consumed within 5 days. It's not advisable to refreeze them, even if they still appear frozen.
Note: Once delivered, Buriram is no longer responsible for the quality of the product, as it no longer controls the storage conditions.
Where do the ingredients come from?
The ingredients used in the production of our products primarily come from overseas at the moment. However, Buriram is committed to adopting a circular economy approach and is actively seeking local suppliers and sustainable packaging and distribution processes that prioritize the health of our customers and the planet. Do they contain allergens?
Our products contain or may contain certain allergens. It is recommended to read the ingredients and notices on the label carefully.
Do they contain additives?
Buriram products do not contain any MSG-type additives, preservatives, or enhancers. However, some ingredients used in our recipes may contain small quantities of additives. We meticulously select these ingredients, prioritizing those with the least additives, and opt for alternatives whenever possible.
