TOM YUM MAPLE

Here is a simple vinaigrette that perfectly combines Thai and Quebec ingredients, using tom yum and maple syrup. This recipe is so simple and only requires a few ingredients. Add everything together and mix until emulsified, and voilà, you have a ready vinaigrette. And the best part is, this recipe can be used as a salad dressing or marinade.

 

 

Preparation time: 10 min.

Servings: 650ml.

Ingredients :

  • 150g tom yum paste
  • 150ml sweet chili sauce
  • 150ml of vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 100ml soy sauce
  • 100ml lime juice
  • 25ml maple syrup

Instructions :

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients together and blend until emulsified.

Note: This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
