Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked Nordic shrimp
- 1 ripe avocado
For the vinaigrette:
- 1-2 tbsp. Buriram spicy paste with dried shrimp*
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Green onion and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado into equal pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, add the avocado, mayonnaise, and one tablespoon of Buriram dried shrimp chili paste, mix well.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and mix well.
- Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and serve.
*It is possible to replace the dried shrimp chili paste with any other of our chili pastes according to your preference.
