SALADE DE CREVETTES ET AVOCAT ÉPICÉE

SPICY SHRIMP AND AVOCADO SALAD

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked Nordic shrimp
  • 1 ripe avocado

For the vinaigrette:

  • 1-2 tbsp. Buriram spicy paste with dried shrimp*
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Green onion and cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado into equal pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, add the avocado, mayonnaise, and one tablespoon of Buriram dried shrimp chili paste, mix well.
  3. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and mix well.
  4. Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and serve.

*It is possible to replace the dried shrimp chili paste with any other of our chili pastes according to your preference.
