Delicious Chick
Make Thai grilled chicken like the one you find on the streets of Bangkok using our delicious lemongrass and tamarind chili paste.
You can recreate it in your home kitchen!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Marinade time: 2-3 hours or overnight
Cooking time: 45-60 minutes

Ingredients :
- 1 whole chicken (approximately 1.5 - 2 kg), cut into Spatchcock from the breast side
- 2-3 tablespoons lemongrass-tamarind chili paste
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 head of garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Instructions :
- In a bowl, add all the marinade ingredients except the chicken and mix thoroughly.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well.
- Leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
