A spicy omelette to change your morning routine!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs. BURIRAM chili paste (suggested flavor: Lemongrass and Tamarind )
- 1 tbs. of vegetable oil.
STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS

- Crack and whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Add the chili paste.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn and cook for 1 minute or until the omelette is firm.
Serve with toast or steamed jasmine rice.
TIPS:
- To vary the taste and obtain a heartier omelette, try this recipe with duck eggs.
- In Thailand, we commonly enjoy this omelette with jasmine rice, but it pairs well with toast too.
