TREMPETTE PIMENTÉE À LA NOIX DE CAJOU

SPICY CASHEWS DIP

A creamy and spicy dip, perfect for vegetable platters!

Servings: 1 cup dip
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Keeps: 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream*
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp spicy cashews chili paste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Choice of raw vegetables

Steps and instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, honey, lime juice and spicy cashews chili paste.
  2. Mix well and then serve with cut up raw vegetables.
*Possible variation: replace sour cream with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. This recipe can be used to spice up your sandwiches and even serve as a fondue sauce.
