Add raw shrimp and cook for 1 minute or until almost cooked.
-
Add the cooked rice and cherry tomatoes while stirring regularly for 2-3 minutes. Serve and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and a lime wedge.
TIP(S): Well-cooled or leftover rice contributes to the success of fried rice texture, as the rice has time to cool and set, resulting in a nice al dente texture. *Our TOM YUM paste is spicy, so it is recommended to start with a smaller quantity.
